4. Account Registration & Access Control
Registration on The School Buddy is not open to the general public.
User accounts are created and managed only by authorized schools or educational institutions using the administrative control panel.

- Delete user accounts when required
Parents, teachers, and students cannot independently create public accounts within the application.

Payment Processing
- The School Buddy may facilitate school fee payments through integrated third-party payment gateway providers
- Payment transactions are processed directly by the payment gateway provider using their secure infrastructure. We receive only the information necessary to verify transaction status, maintain payment records, generate receipts, and support school administration functions.
- We do not store complete payment card information, card verification values (CVV), UPI PINs, or banking passwords.
